Hadir dalam rapat sekertaris PMD Dr. Andi Muhammad Yasin M.si, Kabid Penggerak Sosial Dasar Nirwana S.KM, Para Pejabat Fungsional PMD dan Para Tenaga Ahli Pembangunan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa (P3MD) Prov. Sulbar.
Saat audiensi bersama P3MD, Kadis PMD Sulbar sangat mengapresiasi kedatangan tim P3MD Prov. Sulbar ke PMD Sulbar mengingat banyak kendala yg ditemukan di desa menyangkut Indeks Desa Membangun dan penyaluran Dana Desa disebagian desa masih terlambat, untuk itu Kadis PMD mempertanyakan kendala Penyaluran Dana desa dan langkah apa yg perlu dilakukan.
“Hal itu tentunya sangat berpengaruh untuk percepatan pencapaian kemandirian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa serta penanganan 4+1,” ujar Dr. Yakub F Solon.
Kadis PMD Sulbar menambahkan jika kader posyandu di desa honornya terlambat karna ketelambatan penyaluran dana desa sehingga membuat sebagian posyandu di desa tidak aktif, saya mengajak seluruh Tenaga Ahli (P3MD) untuk terus mengawal jalannya Dana Desa agar penyaluran dana desa bisa secepatnya tersalurkan .
Sementara, Nurhamzah, selaku Koordinator (Korprov P3MD), menyampaikan kendala keterlambatan penyaluran dana desa itu dikarenakan lambatnya penyusunan perencanaan didesa yang tidak mengikuti siklus penyusunan perencanaan yang seharusnya, sehingga penyusunan perencanaan mulai penyusunan pada bulan juni tetapi sebagian desa melaksanakan pada tahun berjalan, itulah yang menjadi akar permasalahan yang menjadi bahan evaluasi untuk kami .
“Saya berharap untuk adanya kerja sama antara Inspektorat, BPKP, BPK untuk memeriksa penyusunan perencanaan , agar desa lebih memperhatikan perencanaannya sehingga penyusunannya tepat pada waktunya dan penyaluran Dana Desa dapat terlaksana sesuai waktu yang ditentukan . Tambah Nurhamzah.
